Good nutrition is key to optimal health, and it can improve physical, emotional and mental well-being. Holistic nutritional counselling focuses on optimizing digestive health and incorporating whole natural foods that, as much as possible, are organic and sourced locally. These principles, combined with healthy habits and good self-care will help you to feel your best, naturally.

My personal philosophy balances the ideal with what is practical, affordable and enjoyable. Instead of perfection, we focus on making small, sustainable changes. You will notice a big difference in your health, wellness and quality of life over time. Wellness is a lifelong journey taken one step at a time.

I have a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ designation from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and hold memberships in CANNP and CSNN Alumni Associations. Affiliation with these associations means that I am held to high standards for upgrading my knowledge and providing responsible nutrition advice to my clients. These memberships also provide me with reliable, continuously updated research and expertise on nutrition topics.
